Twin towers of 282 and 240 metres in Suzhou Industrial Park, named one of the Top 10 New Landmarks in China in 2009.
Rising over Suzhou Industrial Park, Global 188 is a pair of landmark towers: a 282-metre, 49-storey office tower and a 240-metre, 54-storey residential tower, each crowned with a stepped glass top and spire. Originally known as the SPG Global Towers, the project began in 2007 and was completed in 2010.
In 2009 Global 188 was named one of the Top 10 New Landmarks in China, the same year SPG launched The Peninsula Shanghai, strengthening SPG's name for landmark development.
