David Wang
Founder and Chairman, SPG Land
David Wang founded SPG Land in Australia in 1998. Under his leadership the company listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2006 and grew into premium residential, hospitality and infrastructure across Australia, China, Japan and Southeast Asia.
He believes founders need imagination and determination in equal measure to turn a vision into a place, and is leading SPG Land toward an integrated model that brings together the skills needed for the cities and districts of the future.
Dr Ying Rao
Chief Executive Officer, SPG Land
Dr Ying Rao brings more than 25 years of international experience in corporate management, property development and leadership, including senior roles at Poly Global, Chiway Group and PTW Architects.
His experience covers the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and design through financing, cost control, construction and sales, across a portfolio of more than AUD $2 billion in residential, mixed-use and commercial projects. He holds a PhD in Architecture from the University of Sydney.

Sha Sha
Chief Financial Officer, SPG Land Australia
Sha joined SPG Land as Chief Financial Officer (Australia) and leads the group’s Australian finance, accounting and corporate functions. For Paradiso Place, Sha sets the financial strategy for SPG Land in Australia and overseas construction finance, cash flow, budgeting and governance for the project. With more than a decade of experience heading finance functions across property, hospitality and retail, Sha brings a disciplined, commercially focused approach to delivering the project on time and on budget.
Stephen Wang
Development Manager and Marketing Director, SPG Land Australia
As Development Manager and Marketing Director for SPG Land, Stephen provides oversight for key development decisions and the overarching commercial strategy at Paradiso Place. His dual role bridges construction operations with market positioning and encompasses managing development progress, directing marketing campaigns, and structuring the commercial strategy for the project's long-tail operations.
