Construction has started on Paradiso Place in North Surfers Paradise, one of the largest developments to begin on the Gold Coast in more than a decade.

The project is being delivered by SPG Land's in-house construction arm, SPG Built, in partnership with Eastview Australia. Designed by Rothelowman, Paradiso Place occupies a whole 1.15-hectare city block between Surfers Paradise Boulevard and Ferny Avenue, 100 metres from the beach.

A village, not just a tower

Three residential towers are joined by skybridges around a podium-level village with a lagoon pool, resident dining, lounges and a wellness terrace. At street level, a precinct of shops and restaurants opens the block to the neighbourhood.

Building with our own team means quality, cost and programme stay in one set of hands, from the first pour to handover.

Construction progress will be shared here as milestones are reached. To arrange a visit to the sales gallery, register your interest.
